Virgin Media offered me a volt deal as I am also an O2 customer. This was added to my existing account, however O2 sent me a new sim card with a new number. I now have and am paying for two accounts, one of which I don't need. O2 have said it will be £154 to cancel this.

Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
