Looks like im in a long line of people having issues with their volt benefits.
I renewed two numbers in November and am now still waiting for my volt benefits to be reapplied.
Despite contacting O2 twice still nothing is showing on my account.
I've found O2 to be very unhelpful and just repeating what they have already done.

@Rach-2356 - Bigger benefits - Volt contains all the advice available on the Forum re Volt.
It is important that your Virgin Media and O2 Contract addresses match precisely.
-- If the address on your Virgin Media broadband account matches the address on your O2 mobile account, your Volt benefits will be added automatically within 14 days. This will happen unless you were already a customer of both before 18 October 2021. In this case, you’ll need to go into My O2 or My Virgin Media to activate your benefits. If they don’t match, you can edit your address in My O2 and My Virgin Media.

Hi thanks for this but I already had volt. I have 3 lines one with volt the other 2 had volt. I renewed my contract and they've removed the volt but not readded the benefits.

I lost Volt in an upgrade a while back - it reappeared 9 days later. If you have been waiting longer than 14 days, contact O2 via Instagram or Facebook only using the link for either in https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media
