How do I get my volt benefits added.
My account says I'm eligible and will take upto 14 days to be added its been over 21 what can I do

Check your address details on both VM side and O2 side match exactly, @Laurence69 - call VM on 0345 454 1111 and O2 via the Social Media channel just below (FB Messenger).
