Hello,
I have recently signed back up for virgin media having being a customer in the past due to moving home.
The double mobile data part of the volt benefits has been activated, however the broadband speed boost has not been. It has been a few days now and I would just like to check if there's anything I need to do other than wait.

Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
