Hi,

 

i've heard mixed info about this. If I cancel virgin media do i also instantly loose my o2 volt benefits?

They usually continue until you are out of contract or upgrade or change your tariff.

However, O2 do have the right to cancel 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks a lot! I spoke with o2 before and they said I loose it? Is this just them saying thst?

They just don't know so they guess and make it up @dgboss10 

From the T&C's:

You will not be able to unenroll from the benefits of this Offer once they have been activated, unless you decide to cancel both your Eligible O2 Tariff and Qualifying Virgin Media Purchase (or if the Qualifying Virgin Media Purchase registered at your addressed is cancelled by the account holder). Please note you may still be eligible for (and subsequently continue to receive) the benefits if you retain either one of your Eligible O2 Tariff or Qualifying Virgin Media Purchase.
