I understood when I chose Volt benefits that they could/would also be applied to other O2 mobiles registered at my home address. Whilst mine has had the benefits added, my wife's hasn't. Can someone advise what I need to do to get the benefits applied to her O2 mobile. Thanks

Your wife should be able to activate the benefits in her MyO2.

Thinking more about this, rather than the benefits being applied to hers automatically when I applied, does she need to log-in to O2 and activate them herself on her account? Thanks
