I have just upgraded my sim only tariff, it said boost your virgin broadband and double your gb data with this offer, how do I do this? Also it says your product delivery schedule, what is being delivered I want to key my number, will I need to do anything?

Upgrading means you automatically keep your same number and there is no need for a new sim card

If you already have Volt it will automatically be applied again within 14 days
