Hi

I’ve been a customer of Virgin Media for years, ever since they took over NTL. Have their broadband, tv, phone packages
Been a customer of O2 for similar length of time

Tried  to get Volt, clicked in the right places, message said I was successful.

Following day went to check what my benefits were, message said I was unsuccessful as I didn’t have Virgin broadband.

Is Volt a con!!

@Cj171

Something will be coming back from Virgin telling them you are ineligible, i would contact Virgin Customer Services on 150 or 0345 454 1111 and ask them to make sure all the details are correct and match exactly...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If you registered, it can take up to 14 days for Volt benefits to be applied, both on the VM side and on the O2 side, @Cj171 - more here: Volt Megaguide

Yes, up to 14 days although could be quicker. Mine was 8

Just make sure your address in both Virgin Media and O2 match exactly

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks for the reply.

O2 are saying I can’t register because I don’t have Virgin broadband which I’ve had for years. I’ve been at the same address for 26 years
