Hi I cannot pay my bill today as promised due to an unforseen turn of events involving my car but I can pay it on the 29/11. I need my car as I'm disabled.

You need to call o2 on 0800 902 0217 , as no one here can help you, o2 will reserve the right to charge you a late payment fee, as well as restrict your account if you have a broken promise to pay..
