Hi. A Virgin Media advisor set up a VOLT package for me which included changing my sim card. Whlst she was on the phone she sorted out a PAC number. The card has arrived but on the O2 web page my number is a new one. Will it change to my old number when I put the card in or has something gone amiss? The chat line is unavailable atm.

You need to chase it up with O2.

I did the same in December and everything went smoothly,if you worried you can reguest the PAC yourself and inform O2,my phone as facility for 2 Sims so I left my Virgin one in and put O2 SIM in the other slot,so when switch is complete the virgin SIM will stop working,hope that makes sense
