i recently got virginmedia broadband with 02 sim deal. but i have not received any 02 sim neither got any email from O2. what is the process to get 02 sim?
i raised complain with viring media they asked me to contact 02.
please guide.

You need to contact o2 then, and this isnt customer services but is a customer to customer community..

If it helps, I'm going through the same things now.
It took 7 days before I got an email from o2 saying your account is being set up but in my case, because I had an o2 account in the dim and distant past, I got a mail saying they couldn't set up my account because it already exists.
Fair enough - called o2 and they didn't have a clue what I was talking about. They then wanted me to sign up for a SIM only deal (that I had requested) but the deal that I had from Virgin doesn't seem to be available on the o2 website (5GB 18 months contract) so I'm a bit stuck. I have the email with the CIS and CSS contract details so not sure if these are specific to me (i.e. o2 can look them up) or just boilerplate documents. I may have to go into a shop.

Online sales seem to be taking around 10 days to be delivered these days.
In store is always quicker but photo ID will be required.
