My elderly mother received a very bad sales call from virginmedia who sold her a package containing an O2 sim as soon as i found out the same night Virgin were told to cancel it and a complaint raised but since my mother has received emails regards delivery of an O2 sim and billing ,,No contract has been agreed how can i confirm this has been cancelled the O2 End I've tried the online messaging service (Busy) and cant get a call-back till the 30th May, Should we return the sim or destroy it when it arrives ,

Any help would be appreciated

@Robert263

You need to speak to Virgin Direct, as they are the ones who need to cancel it, and reprice the deal that was agreed, and if needed cancel the who the whole contract.

Do not just destroy the sim card, as they will still bill your mum for the contract.

You can call VM on 0345 454 1111
