I am a new customer to volt with an o2 dim lights be registered the sim and am trying to access the my o2 app to check bill dates and data allowance but it say I don’t have any products can anyone shed light on this problem please

Sounds like you need to contact o2 customer services to get your account set up.
You can either do this by calling 202 from the o2 sim, or message them on social media as below:
Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
