Hi Team,
I am O2 customer and Virgin customer as well. the Virgin broadband was double up the speed, However my O2 data is not double up, Could some one help? thanks

It can take 14 days for the double data allowance to be applied to your account, if it hasn't then contact o2, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

All info on Volt in here, @Hody -> Volt Megaguide - leave it for the recommended 14 days, as the guide says, from the day you activated it in your MyO2. Good luck.
Plus there is an issue in MyO2 showing data currently, so check your Bolt-ons to see if your Volt has been applied.
