Linking O2 and Virgin Media

Hello.

I want to use my O2 with my Virgin plan but it says i'm not eligible.

How do i link the accounts?

That error message is common and generally means nothing.

It usually happens automatically upto around 14 days after you start your o2 contract, if it doesn't then you need to speak to o2 via X (twitter) and they will ask you to confirm some details and then 14days later it should all be linked for the benefits.. 

This doesnt apply to PAYG
