getting sent round in bloody circles by 02 and virgin pointing the finger at each other
we have virgin media broadband at our property which is registered in MY NAME I redeemed VOLT on my DADS 02 account.
I've recently signed up to 02 myself so now we have 2 o2 accounts and one virgin media account which is all registered at one address
im wanting to redeem benefits on MY 02 account
this should be possible as its all registered at the same address
finding it really hard to get an answer
any help is appreciated

Have you waited 14 days since you joined o2? As there is nothing they can do until that time frame has passed.
Another thing do both addresses match exactly, as this is what the whole process relies on.

it hasn't been 14 days no, its like no one at 02 or virgin media are sure if it will actually work it was just a general enquiry when I first spoke to them and its like they're completely unsure due to it already been applied on my dads account

You need to wait until the change of mind period has ended as a new customer before they will apply the Volt Benefits to your account..
It can be quicker, but not very often..

Read the guide I posted and you'll see that everyone gets that nonsense message.
What it really means is that they are processing the request.
