Freephone calls failiure

Calls to all freephone numbers e.g 0800,0345,033 etc since last few days. Was directed to expert help where £1 charged but he couldn’t help, said it was a software problem that either 02 or Apple can help with

Don't know where you were directed but calls to customer services are free or come out of your allowance

Also use https://www.saynoto0870.com/ to look for numbers that fall within your allowance where you have been given, eg an 0845 instead of an 0345 number, @Roop

If it was justanswer.co.uk then unfortunately you have been conned.

It's nothing to do with O2.

You need to check that you haven't been signed up to an expensive monthly subscription.
