Not happy that the volt double data for my mobile also means I have to use a new hub. I didn't really want faster broadband. The new hub and password has completely messed up my house!

Broadband is handled by Virgin Media.
You will need to contact them
150 if you have a Virgin landline or 0345 4541111 from any other phone

You can change the SSID and password on the new hub to match the old details @SezzaPezzaGezza ?

Do you HAVE to change? Would the old hub not work just at a lower speed?
