I have an 02 sim as part of a Volt deal. I’ve already had Virgin postpone my install date 3 times, but my 02 is up and running. Can I cancel 02 if Virgin cannot install?

Only if you are within the first 14 days as it is a separate contract.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
