Hi
I have a Moto G5G plus which is on the O2 comptaibility list for wifi calling. I live in an area with very poor reception. After much digging it turns out that because I didn't buy the phone from O2 I do not have the O2 firmware required.
Is there anyway I can download the required firmware please ?

Hi again
I called O2 again and they confirmed I was already set up for wifi calling then randomly two days ago it appeared as a menu option under settings - network & internet - mobile network - advanced. It works brilliantly for me as i live in a complete phone signal black spot.
Annoyingly this doesn't give anyone else a definitive sollution but I can confirm, as you said before, i did not have to download any firmware.
Many thanks for all of your help with this

Glad you're sorted.
Sometimes takes 24/48 hours for it to activate on the system so the last call you made to CS must have been actioned correctly.
