@ArthurSpooner

Ask O2 to enable wifi calling on your account and you should be good to go.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Not available if you are a PAYG customer on O2, @ArthurSpooner - contract only (any contract, just not PAYG Big Bundle, Rolling Plan or Classic). Good luck.

Seems Motorola is not listed in O2's list of supported phone manufacturers - not an isolated case, it seems:

https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/moto-g7-play-moto-g7-moto-g7-power-moto-g7-plus/Wifi-calling-on-Moto-G7...

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/forums/forumtopicprintpage/board-id/OtherMobile/message-id/2301...

Seems like not every network supports all firmware versions on the same phone model, Motorola being particularly affected, @ArthurSpooner
