How do I unblock my phone from an 02 sim. My account is paid off and I no longer have the phone number in order to access my account

Best option would be to use the online form, if you can remember your o2 phone number:

(i would try after 8am as the page is currently unavailable)

Otherwise you can contact o2 customer services and they should be able to assist

@unblockphone If you bought your phone from O2 after June 2018 (or August if it's an iPhone) it won't be locked.
