Hi. I'm unable to receive calls from Smarty Mobile. They get invalid number error.

Have you moved your number from another network recently?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I was with Virgin media and they have now moved to o2. I kept the same sim and they moved me from VM to o2. Still have the same number.

Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID and get an O2 sim.

Virgin sim cards have been causing problems.
