tarriff update problems

I changed my tarriff yesterday via my O2 app and since have not been able to receive calls or send SMS messages. My phone currently only works via wifi and I can't log onto my 02 app to see any updates

Have you rebooted the phone (turned it on and off).

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Did you order a new sim card?

If so, O2 disconnect current sims as soon as a new one is ordered

In which case you need to to wait for the new sim unless you contact them to see if they will reconnect your current sim card
