s20+ keeps resetting when your on apps. And charging.

S20+, my 2nd keeps resetting when you are on certain apps and when its plugged in charging. This is the 2nd phone as the last one did exactly the same {also the s20+}. Its no use to me so can you fix or is it going back. Also cannot use google as it resets everytime you try it. Question is, what am i doing wrong and how you going to fix it. Please..

Looking at that it is not an o2 issue but a Samsung one.
Users from different networks and countries are seeing the issue.
Would recommend contacting Samsung for a fix.
If no joy then a return would be your option...

Have you tried the normal type of things:
-reset to factory and start again
-checked for software update
-run on safe mode to see which app(s) is causing issue
Seems as though others are having the same issue which suggests a software fault (there are 66 pages on this thread!)...

Yes tried all that. Phone went through a reset and start up. Software upto date.
If its a software issue how is o2 planning a resolve as these are expensive phones for all these issues.
Oh and whats safe mode.

As said quickly reading the Samsung community it sounds like a bigger software problem - software that Samsung creates and would need to fix.
If this is the 2nd phone you have had with exactly the same issue, I would not keep trying them...

This S20 seems to be having numerous problems. Rather pleased my grandson chose the Note 10 as opposed to this model!
