I am back with O2 after a long hiatus. As a 'new' customer I have an 'extra' and have chosen 3 months Disney Plus for free. However, it keeps asking me to complete the subscription and charging my account. Confused.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
