I would like to lodge a complaint about the PAYG customer service at extension 4445.
I was put on hold for 55 minutes, which is an unacceptable waiting time. The representative I spoke with was rude and unprofessional.
When I voiced my frustration about the long wait, instead of resolving the issue, the representative simply hung up.
I am led to believe that the call was recorded, and I sincerely hope that a senior line manager reviews this incident. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
