o2 app can not access via device , only via laptop

i have updated my password via laptop but when i try to access via my device

it states credentials incorrect

Have you changed your password on your device? You need to do that so it's the same. (Unless your phone is synced to all devices.)

Many of us had the same problem a few weeks ago.

Reboot your phone first.
