I have been told that my phone would not connect. I turned it off and on and all was ok. This has happened quite often since moving over to O2. I have tried a different phone and it is the same. I have never had this problem with my previous provider. I need to have this rectified. What can I do?

I'd try a new sim first.
Pop into any O2 store with some photo ID or ask o2 to send you one and so a sim swap yourself Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
