Network coverage says local mast may not be working properly. However a very short distance away (50 yards)

the signal is OK.

I have been with O2 for ever and have a modern phone (i phone 13).The signal was good until 3 days ago then just disappeared.

How do I find out if the mast problem is real and is still relevant

Have tried switching phone on and off

All other functions on the phone are OK

Help

Moving even a short distance can connect you to a different mast, so the status page is most likely correct.

It's also the only place you will get any updates from, so keep checking O2 Service Status

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
