@daddyeeyore - check these out first:

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

And see if lightly cleaning your SIM card with a lint-free cloth helps (try the other SIM tray or slit if your phone has dual SIM slots).

Good luck!

@daddyeeyore

You can use wifi calling when in range of a wifi network to call O2 or pop in store with photo ID and they can check phone and sim for you.

If a replacement sim is required, they will do that for you for free.

You can also call using Skype over wifi if necessary Guide: A Guide to Skype

Social media is also an option if you use any of them Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
