hi , i currently have no service i have used the checker and it says everything is good in my area can you explain why

Can you try the sim card in a different phone? as this will identify if it is the phone or sim card. 
Have you ordered a new sim card at all? 
Have a look at these guides Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? 


 

If none of these then you will need to reach out to customer services using a different phone on 0344 809 0202 or via social media; Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
