I have had virtually no network coverage around my home address for 3 years despite in clear sight of 2 masts. O2 Network checker repeatedly says there is a fault on the mast, then says its fixed, then a couple of days later says there is a fault. I have been barred from raising a complaint as I have been told by customer services that as its a known fault the engineers are looking at it. Finally got a complaint raised but have recieved no contact back since and the mast is still faulty,
Any viable suggestions to resolving this please ?

If this has been going on for 3 years, I think it's time to get out. Try some free PAYG sims from other networks and see what's the best for you. Then contact O2 and ask if you can leave without penalty as you have stuck with this for three years.

After 3 years I would say you need to try PAYG SIM cards on other networks to see which gives you best reception at home. Then consider moving network.
If you haven't get WiFi Calling enabled on your account and phone

got wifi calling enabled but due to BT Openreach cables passing through big trees its very intermittent in bad weather. Also WFH a lot and my work phone is on O2 but blocked for wifi calling by our IT set up so having an O2 network connection is crucial for that alone.
O2 chat isnt being helpful either as all agents are apparently busy permanently

Waste of time. Chat is useless and customer services won't be able to do anything with network issues
But if you want to contact them
