my sim is not working for couple of months

Dear Customer care,

I using my O2 sim for last 2 years , but now couple of months im in India and its unable to receive any sms or calls ,im still using the Whatsapp on same number.

 

can you guide me how to resolve the issues

This isn't customer services as it quite clearly states when you sign up to the community

 

You will need to call customer services using Skype on +44 800 902 0217 and seek their help... Also might be worth trying a new roaming network or checking myo2 to see if you have hit any limits on billing as everything is chargable

Whatsapp uses WiFi so has nothing to do with o2 or the roaming partner...
