Hi,
I'm currently in NZ and using an NZ sim. Since about Nov/Dec last year (big ish) my device stopped being able to connect to any mobile network (VOLT update?!), despite working perfectly for months with an NZ sim on a local network.
Problem is now i cant use the device with my o2 sim as it won't connect to a network, and i havn't got access to the email on my account anymore.
Is there any way i could speak to an agent to try and get the device working again?!
(current o2 pay monthly customer)

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
