Do I need to download a new set of settings for my mobile (Oukitel C36)?  I have had to do this with other carriers in the past.

I am not connecting to WIFI at home, it only shows it as being "Saved".

When you say WiFi are you referring to mobile data? Two different technologies.

If mobile data you will need the correct APN settings

You will need your router settings which should be provided by your service provider.

Plenty of YouTube videos on how to set WiFi on Android 13.

As neither your phone or WiFi is supplied by O2 they are not things we have to hand.

@The_Deej

Forget the wifi connection in phone settings then reboot router before connecting again.

Make sure your routers security protocol is supported by the phone.

@The_Deej

In the router settings.

Try different protocols.

For example......

Wi-Fi security protocol Key management approach Encryption size

WEPStatic keys64-, or 128-bit
WPADynamic keys128-bit
WPA2Dynamic keys128-bit or 265-bit
WPA3Dynamic keys (unique keys, individualized data encryption)192- and 256-bit

Thanks @MI5 and @Enlli for your advice.

In the end I had to add the device's Mac address to the routers settings.
