Instead try the web version

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then

ive contacted o2 through fb,they sent me a link,however that still doesnt work,says the same as my post above

Sorry, my O2 seems to be throwing up all sorts of problems for peolpe at the moment, but we, as customers, can only point you back to O2
