Hi all , so when I was on holidays in July  my phone was stolen. I had only just got this phone on contract October past and it’s not due to be paid off until October next year. My phone bill is £53 a month and I’ve had to use an old phone and go pay as you go. It’s financially hard to be paying £53 for services I cannot use. Is it possible to get my contract from the stolen phone transferred over to the one I’m using now?

@Teaghan05

All you need is to ask O2 to send you a new contract sim with your number and contract details on it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
