my iphone XS wont charge... which is new and is under warranty. I have tried both methods of charging using a cable and wireless. But my iphone still showing low battery and i cant get the device to turn on? Can somebodu please let me know what i can do. I had this XS as a replacement phone from O2 Insurance which was back 13th December. Also updated all of the software.

I would start by getting Apple to run a diagnostic check.
