I have the PAYG £10 bundle. The last month's bundle expired yesterday, and the new bundle has not activated, even though I have the required £10 balance. I'm not sure how to fix this.
Calling O2 would be the simplest option, but I'm abroad. The WhatsApp service is no longer used, i don't have Twitter, @ND although somebody seemed to be helping after I messaged O2 on Facebook, they stopped responding. The virtual assistant recommends speaking to an expert via My O2 app, but I can't see anywhere to do this. I'm frustrated.
Can anybody advise?
