Hi, I have two numbers on the same contract / account, one for myself and one for my wife. However after the PAC's were processed I no longer see one number in my app, my wife can not register a separate email as its on my account and also she has lost all mobile data whilst in France this week (which was working on the temp O2 number before the PAC was processed).

Regretfully, O2 are not merging accounts at the moment so it's a mean a separate MyO2 account with a different email for each.
With regards to the mobile data you can Message O2 on

They should be able to help you.
