I have a xiaomi phone and I use the £10 Rolling plan. I have 20480.0MB of data, but I'm unable to use mobile data, even tho the mobile data is switched on. Is there something else I need to do?

After that, an old post, but may help:
Failing that, checking your phone is set for PAYG APN correctly, and then a reset of network settings.

thanks! Worked for me. BTW, It's the dual sim settings that have the option to enable data on either sim - it catches a lot of people out.
