Hello, I need a micro sim card as I now have an apple Phone and my old SIM card is too big to fit it, how do I go about getting a micro sim and swapping from my old mini sim to a micro sim?

@SIM-SWAP001

You need a nano sim for an iPhone and most are now triple sims which can be converted to any size.

You can get them from any O2 Shop, just bring your phone and some photo-id with you, @SIM-SWAP001 - if you have moved to iPhone from a different make of phone, take the old phone with you too, as O2 need to set up your account differently for iPhone.

And don't let them sell you anything, it should all be free as an existing customer of O2. Good luck!

Many thanks PGN, I shall trundle down to my friendly neighbourhood O2 outlet with all the necessary paraphernalia as suggested. I heed your advice also and shall not be flimflammed in to parting with any hard earned!

I had a good look at it with a magnifying glass but it is such an old card it was built before Nano's were a twinkle...etc. Thank you again for the suggestion all the same.
