It's a system message generated when O2 move you to the new billing system.

I got a similar text coming through about a sim card order is on its way even though I've had no previous orders for O2 products or even had an account to order with. I haven't placed this order and from looking through other threads I'm concerned as this is a pattern that leads to my sim being stolen.

Advice is that if you are in any doubt contact O2 on 202 from your handset or 0344 809 0202 from any other
