Hi

I have purchased a sim from 02 and put the new 02 sim in on Thursday night, I am still waiting for my new to change over.

I ordered the sim and gave pac code Wednesday before 5pm it states on 02 site 1 working day and should of been done Thursday.

I'm panicked as I go away tomorrow and my ee number should of been transferred! I haven't informed anyone of my temporary 02 number and maybe missing important calls. Please help, I have tried to call 02 and got cut off. Can't seem to work out how actually get a person, rather than a robot!

You need to contact O2.
