Hi,
My iMessage isn’t working with my phone number since starting the porting process from EE on 17/12. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting techniques and still nothing is working.
I am also not receiving some texts which is an issue, and I’ve spoken with Apple and it’s nothing from their end.
Please can someone from o2 help! Very disappointed as I’m paying for a phone that I can’t access important features on.
