how do i return headphones for repair?

had airpods max on pay monthly for about 2 years and just today they've randomly stopped working. i have fully charged them and the lights still turn on etc but they won't connect to anything or play anykind of audio. nothing works.

 

but going to contact us on myo2 just directs me to a virtual assisstant which shows results from the community and its kinda doing my head in.

thanks but i'll have to try later as running the troubleshooter and entering the code they send me just gives a blank screen

If you end up giving up on them given that they are likely to be out of warranty, you could try selling them as "For spares or not working" on ebay.
