Is it possible to change an iphone 10XR to an esim and use the same esim in a compatible car using the same number?

You can only operate one device per SIM whether it is plastic or eSIM and both cannot be active at the same time 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
