hi i have lost my phone abroad and want to buy a new esim compatable phone i cannot login to my o2 but could call  customer services. i want to know if o2 can give me an esim with a romanian bought phone. thank you so much

Depends if you are PAYG or Pay Monthly, as PAYG then no , If Pay Monthly then yes, but no guarantees it will activate from Romania
