I am at my wit's end because all day I've tried to log in to both sites (on a windows PC) but they demand 2-step verification but when I press the button for them to send a text it's not appearing on my phone at all. They have my correct mobile number as it's worked in the past. I tried deleting msgs from my mobile, switching it on and off. even tried a different browser on the computer but nothing works. Is it a telecom or network problem?
The bad thing is that I cannot contact support on either website due to having to log in which I can't
